My Mindfulness and Yoga Journey

I’ve been teaching yoga and mindfulness since 2019 and have been practicing yoga and meditation since 1999. These practices, initially offered to me by others, have been one of my greatest gifts in life. I seek to deepen my own practice and uplift others by sharing this gift in the form of group-level instruction and 1:1 private classes in Santa Cruz, California or over Zoom.

instruction for those seeking
to deepen their practice or
prefer practicing privately.

I offer Zoom 1:1 personalized instruction
for those who are not local or who prefer
remote instructions.
